As President of International Federation of the West Indies Bars and Associations of Lawyers (FICAA) of which Haiti, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Puerto Rico are Founder Members and of which the headquarter is in Santo Domingo, I am very delighted to inform you that FICAA organizes its sixth Annual Congress from November 6 to November 9, 2008 at the Hotel Karibe Convention Center in Pétion Ville, Haiti.
The principal topic of this Congress is: “Women’s right in context of the Economic Globalization” .The FICAA would be happy to count you among its distinguished invited to this Congress which follows upon the five preceding Congresses which were held in Dominican Republic on the following topics: Public corruption and Offences monetarists, New Challenges in the application of Justice, the Social Security and its application in the Labour Law, the Right to the Migration, Terrorism and the Human Rights.
